Google Knol has got lots of improvements this season. There are many new added features: “collections, templates, categories, Google Analytics integration, review scorecards”.
A recent feature added to Knol is a basic equation editor that uses the LaTeX markup language.
“This markup language beautifully aligns, sizes and indents mathematical symbols after they are expressed using a combination of standard letters, words and punctuation characters.”

Google has announced that employees at the U.S. military would get Google voice invites more quickly. All you have to do it is fill in an application here. Also you would need a .Mil email address to prove you are military material.
Once you have filled the application Google would send you an invitation within 48 hours..
