By the end of September last year, Microsoft released a free anti-virus software, Microsoft Security Essential (MSE). As all softwares, even the microsoft security essential was released as Beta. Now the program is being offered to testers\users to test the Build 1.0.1676.0,1.0.1743.0,1.0.1801.0,1.0 .1901.0.
Microsoft has moved MSC out of beta and released the complete latest version with the Build 1.0.1959.0 which also works and is included for XP 32-bit versions, 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 & Vista.
MSE’s Ongoing Beta Program must be installed before the new test version MSE. If you have already installed the MSE, the system will prompt a message that “the Microsoft Security Essentials has been installed on your computer, in order to install this version of the software, you need to remove the existing version, and then start the software. ”
MSE Build 1.0.1959.0 compared to the latest official version there are no significant changes. The new Microsoft Security essential has some improved features including:
– Genuine Windows validation;
– Solve the impact of prolonged or frequent sleep and standby mode to switch between the PC- updates;
– The user interface – A number of sound, such as the scanning interface and upgrade information reporting interface;
– Improve the Windows Defender, MSE after installing;
– Upgrading the product and unloading aspects of the system;
– Bug fixes etc..
