Google has just launched its encrypted seach form (SSL) at https: / / www.google.com/ , as a way to avoid third parties access to our search research, for example, when using unknown WiFi networks.
For the time being is in beta and not all the options available by the normal form are offered but gradually will be added. The results did not vary, plus they are still compiling data search, so the searches can be slightly slower than usual since it takes time to decrypt the data.
To know that we are in the SSL browser, Google has added a lock icon in their logo and the “s” for secure connections typical “https.”
