Plaxo (socially aware, smart address book) has finally started beta testing the iPhone sync application.
The application is currently available in the apple store and can be downloaded and installed using itunes. Plaxo for iPhone (beta) lets you bring your Plaxo smart address book wherever you go. Always have your most current contacts in Outlook, your Mac, Plaxo.com and on your phone.
Sync over the air automatically when you start up the app or make changes to contacts on the phone. Quickly contact the people who matter to you.
This Plaxo application seems to be compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 3.0 or later. Features available in the beta are:
– Browse and manage contacts
– Two-way sync with Plaxo Contacts
– Email or Call contact directly from the app
– Sync with Outlook or your Mac thru Plaxo Sync
– Access contact groups and Plaxo Favorites
